How do you get started and how much does KetoArmy cost?

To get started, sign up for a membership on ketoarmy.us, which will automatically reserve you a spot in a private Facebook group. Groups are limited to 30 people max to ensure that you get personal support and close community connections.

Membership is paid monthly and costs just $49.99/month, which can be cancelled at any time.

After joining your Facebook group, you’ll begin by watching a video greeting from your coach, weighing in, setting a personal weight loss goal, and reading a comprehensive guide for how to follow the keto diet.

As you adjust to the keto diet, you’ll always have your coach and group available for advice, inspiration, recipe sharing, and troubleshooting. Plus, this is a private group and what happens here, stays here. You won’t have to worry about any of your friends or family members seeing any of your activity within the group.

Additionally, you’ll be submitting a private weekly weigh-in every Saturday to track your progress towards your individual weight loss goal. NOTE: your weight loss progress (as a percentage of your starting weight) is anonymously shared with the group. Members love the accountability that this provides.

The Cons

  • The group is 100% online. This means you have 24/7 access to the coach and your peers which is highly convenient. However, if you need in-person meetups, this group may not be for you. We do encourage you though to try it out, even if you’re afraid online support won’t be enough. Remember, you can cancel your membership at any time — no commitment required!
  • If you need a customized meal plan, KetoArmy may not be for you. Although recipes and a very clear food guideline are part of the program, you won’t be provided with your own personalised prep list and meal plan guide.
