How to Lose Weight with the HealthyWage App

Navigating through weight loss can be tricky but the HealthyWage app available on iOS and Android, makes it easier with a variety of useful tools and resources. From measuring your progress to providing social support, our app is designed to help you achieve weight loss success. Here’s how to lose weight with the HealthyWage app:

Once you have placed your bet, you’ll want to complete your registration by uploading a profile image and confirming your nutrition plan. It may seem irrelevant to personalize your profile; however, the more you invest in your weight loss and HealthyWage challenge, the better chances at success you’ll see!

You can update your picture at any time by accessing Profile under Settings, as well as your nutrition plan in the My Stats tab, which is a tab you’ll want to frequent to stay up-to-date on your challenge progress.

1. Progress Tracker

HealthyWage’s most popular feature, the Progress Tracker, will be a key tool in measuring your success and helping you reach your weight loss goal. With the Progress Tracker, you get a clear visual of where you’re currently at in your weight loss journey and where you should be to win your challenge. By submitting unverified weigh-ins, you can immediately see on the Progress Tracker how close you are to achieving your goal, while motivating you to maintain your new healthy habits.

2. Stats and Standings

If healthy competition motivates you, check out where you rank amongst your fellow challengers in the people tab. Whereas these stats have no affect on your HealthyWager challenge, it can be fun AND motivating if you’re competitive and like having that extra incentive.

3. Social Support

Weight loss doesn’t have to be a solo journey. Take advantage of HealthyWage’s online community in the the chat tab where you can trade healthy tips and recipes with fellow challengers, share your accomplishments, and even ask for support on days you’re struggling with sticking with your new habits.
